At St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, "open, vital and committed" are more than words
Most of the content on this Web site is for members of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Fairfield, Connecticut. There’s a lot of information on the site because St. Paul’s is a very active place. We invite you to explore the site, as it’s one way to get a feel for St. Paul’s and all that we do with and for each other, and for the local, national and global communities of which we are a part.
This message is specifically for individuals and families searching for a church home, others who simply have questions or those who may have attended St. Paul’s once or twice and would like to know more. St. Paul’s has been welcoming people since 1853, and we are happy to count you among them.
While St. Paul’s is active in a great many areas, we have chosen to concentrate our resources in four key areas:
• Youth
• Outreach
• Inreach (our life as a parish)
• Worship/Music
Additional centers of excellence within the parish include pastoral care, Christian education and fellowship. We also believe in being a well-managed church, in which we act responsibly and effectively in areas of administration, finance, operations and governance. In areas that are less tangible—but no less important—the atmosphere at St. Paul’s is one of energy, warmth, team spirit and a sense of community.
Perhaps you saw the words “Open … vital … committed” on our home page. At St. Paul’s they are more than words. They are beliefs and values that we live out in our lives together. We welcome your interest, and encourage you to find out more about St. Paul’s.
